Set Up Exhibitor set-up will be Saturday, June 11, from 7:15 am - 8:15 am in Grand 7 of Aventureland Resort. Signs will be displayed to direct you to Grand 7; or you may stop at the front desk and ask for location. All exhibits must be in place no later than 8:15 am. For safety reasons, we cannot allow booths to be set up after this time. The possibility of setting up Friday evening after 5:00 pm. may become available. If this is of interest, please contact Nancy Grubb at nancy-grubb@uiowa.edu on either May 31 or June 1.
Breakdown We ask that you do not break down early so that attendees have ample time to visit your booth. Breakdown may begin at 12:00 pm on Saturday, June 11 and must be completed by 1:30 pm. Materials not removed by this time will be removed and put in storage at Exhibitor's expense.

Name Badges Representatives or "Booth Workers" names should be listed on the application submitted. Exhibitor name badges will be delivered upon registration check-in the morning of Saturday, June 11. This badge is for identification purposes only and should be worn at all times while at your exhibit.
Accommodations Exhibitors must arrange for their own lodging and may do so by contacting Adventureland Resort at 1-515-265-7321 or 1-800-910-5382. (Select #1 for reservations.) A block of rooms has been reserved under the ACC Iowa Chapter Meeting for both Friday and Saturday evenings. Standard room group rates are $129 + tax. DEADLINE FOR RESERVATIONS IS MAY 20, 2011. Policies and Guidelines The Iowa Chapter of the American College of Cardiology abides by and enforces the following policies and guideliness regarding exhibits at all educational meetings.
All exhibit booths must be manned at all times during viewing hours. No sales are permitted at the exhibit booths. 8' skirted tables will be provided (6' ft available upon request). Wireless internet is available throughout the facility.
Aisle must be kept clear and no banners, signs, etc. will be allowed which interfere with views of adjacent or nearby booths.
No subletting of space will be permitted.
Only exhibiting companies may distribute literature or samples.
Exhibitors should make reservations by May 20, 2011. No refunds for cancellations after May 20.
Exhibitors are requested not to hold events or entertain attendees during any educational or social events sponsored by the IAACC.
It is expressly understood that, in purchasing and using space, the exhibitor agrees to abide by these regulations; moreover, that the Iowa Chapter of the American College of Cardiology (IAACC), in accepting an order for space agrees to furnish ordinary facilities and services as enumerated in these guidelines.

Cancellations-Refunds
Exhibit booth/registration fees will not be refunded due to cancellation by the exhibitor or attendee.
Participation
The conference sponsors and organizers have the right to reject an exhibitor application if it is deemed that the subject matter and/or content are not appropriate for the conference audience.
Electronic Connections & Other Equipment Electronical connections and other services, such as AV equipment must be arranged with Nancy Grubb (nancy-grubb@uiowa.edu) no later than May 20, 2011. Any associated fees will be absorbed directly by the exhibitor. Internet connection is available at no additional charge.

Adventureland tickets for meeting attendee, sponsors/exhibitors, their families and friends are available at a discounted group rate of $26.00 per person. Tickets may be used any day from Friday, June 10 – Sunday, June 12, 2011. You do not need to indicate a specific date; tickets are good anytime between and including those dates. You may purchase individual tickets for one,two or three of the days at the discounted price. There is an additional $5.00 parking fee at the Adventureland gate per day, however, you may ride the trolly if staying at Adventureland Resort (up to 5 guests per room).
